The recent repainting work for one of the external wall for a corner terrace house has been refresh the outlook for the house.
The external wall surface has been spotted some hairline cracks on some of non-structure members, and mainly on the window sills, differential cracks due to ground settlement.
The work for the repainting is involved on water jetting the wall to remove the dirt, mould or grease prior the repair work.
Although there is not a must to re-apply the wall sealer, the owner had decided to double assure to apply oil base wall sealer prior the finishing coat.
To refresh the look for the envelop of the building, the theme chosen was minimalist and in tone of gray. The final look for the house is below after completion.
